When you purchase Shakeology, you have several options to choose from. First you choose your flavor: Chocolate, Greenberry, Chocolate + Greenberry combo or alternating depending on whether you order it on autoship. Then you choose either 30-servings (bulk) in bag or 24 individual packets in a box. Since I always make my shake at home, I autoship the 30-day servings in a bag.
However, a lot of people are on the go so the packets are more ideal. You may want the convenience of the packets if you rather blend your shake at work. You may also want the packets if you rather not deal with the scoop that comes in the bag. Since the packets are already measured out, it’s just a matter of tearing them open and blending.
If you are wanting to try out different recipes such as the Shakeology no-bake cookies or Shakeology pie, it may be easier to keep the bag on hand.
