I have heard it said more than once that weight loss is effected more by our diets than by exercise. I believe this to be true because when I constantly ate the wrong foods, not only did I feel like a slouch, I also gained excess weight. Even though I exercised several times a week, it couldn’t undo the damage I had already done.

In my personal opinion, I think Shakeology is delicious in both flavors of Chocolate or Greenberry. However, I have heard various opinions from other people about each of the flavors. I’ll start off with my favorite flavor which is chocolate.

Chocolate Shakeology

I’m glad that this is one of the flavor options because I am a chocoholic. I am also a dessert eater so now I substitute Shakeology for times that I am craving a dessert. Sometimes I use almond milk or skim milk, but most of the time just water and ice. The more ice you use, the thicker it will blend. I really like the way chocolate tastes. It doesn’t have a weird after taste like a lot of other powdered health supplement shakes.

Greenberry Shakeology

When I tasted greenberry for the first time it reminded me of green tea ice cream I once had at a Japanese restaurant. I also blended that flavor with either almond milk, skim milk, or water. Even though I like greenberry, I am just a bigger chocolate lover.

I’m a huge cookie fan, particularly chocolate chip cookies.
